Percy’s Place Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Cook to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking homemade meals in a warm, caring environment and understands the importance food and comfort bring to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Every second weekend

• Day shifts

• Preparing meals for approximately 8+ people

  • Duties include:

  • Meal planning and preparation

  • Cooking breakfast, lunch, and supper

  • Baking and light food prep

  • Kitchen cleaning and dishwashing

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

  • Following food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and multitask

• Compassionate, reliable, and organized

• Comfortable working in a hospice environment

• Food Safety certification considered an asset
