Percy’s Place Hospice Zero Turn & Trailer Raffle
1. Organizer
This raffle is conducted by Percy’s Place Hospice, in partnership with Bayview Kubota, located in Miramichi, New Brunswick
2. Lottery Licence
This raffle is conducted under New Brunswick Lottery Licence No. [Licence Number], issued by the New Brunswick Department of Public Safety / GNB Liquor & Gaming.
3. Eligibility
The raffle is open to residents of New Brunswick who are 19 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Percy’s Place Hospice and Bay View Kubota and Kings Welding are eligible to purchase tickets, unless otherwise restricted by law.
Proof of age and residency may be required.
4. Ticket Price
Tickets are priced at $20.00 CAD each.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Tickets can be purchased at Percy’s Place and Percy’s Hospice Boutique or by etransfer to funds@percysplace.ca
5. Ticket Availability
A maximum of 2,500 tickets will be printed and sold.
Ticket sales will close on June 21st, 2026, at 11:59 PM (ADT) or when all tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.
6. How to Purchase Tickets
Tickets may be purchased [in person / online-etransfer to funds@percysplace.ca / at designated locations].
Tickets must include the purchaser’s full name and contact information to be eligible for the draw.
7. Prize Description
One (1) prize will be awarded:
Prize: Kubota Z200 Series Zero turn Provided by: Bayview Kubota
Prize: Galvanized trailer donated by Kings Welding
Approximate Retail Value: $20,000 CAD
The prize is awarded as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied by the Organizer.
Bayview Kubota and Kings Welding is donating the prizes and will not be receiving any funds or compensation from this raffle.
8. Draw Details
Draw Date: June 21, 2026
Draw Time: 12:00 PM (noon)
Draw Location: Percy’s Place Hospice, 1284 Water Street, Miramichi, NB
The winning ticket will be selected by random draw from all eligible tickets sold.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the ticket.
10. Claiming the Prize
To claim the prize, the winner must:
Present valid government-issued photo identification
Claim the prize within 30 days of the draw date
If the winner does not claim the prize, we will apply for a new licence to conduct a new draw.
11. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes by Percy’s Place Hospice without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. Liability
Percy’s Place Hospice and Bay View Kubota and Kings Welding are not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, or misdirected tickets.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for injuries, loss, or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
14. General Conditions
All decisions of the Organizer are final and binding.
This raffle is subject to all applicable New Brunswick laws and regulations.
Any amendments to these rules require approval from GNB Liquor & Gaming.
