Pay Rate: $39.00/hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts – 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off

Percy’s Place Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. As part of a supportive and person-centered environment, you will provide exceptional end-of-life care to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to hospice residents

• Support residents and families with empathy, respect, and professionalism

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comfort and dignity

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in good standing with NANB

• Previous experience in palliative or hospice care is an asset

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position: 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

• Competitive wage of $39.00 per hour
