Our family will forever be grateful to Percy’s Place for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Denis during the final days of his life.

From the moment Denis arrived, he was treated with dignity, respect, kindness, and genuine compassion. The care he received went far beyond simply attending to his medical needs. The staff understood that they were caring for a person who was deeply loved by his family, and they extended that same warmth and compassion to all of us.

During an incredibly difficult and emotional time, the staff at Percy’s Place gave us something we will always cherish: peace of mind. We knew Denis was safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who truly cared about him. Their patience, gentleness, and attention to even the smallest details brought comfort to Denis and to everyone who loved him.

They also cared for us as a family. They answered our questions, reassured us when we were uncertain, and allowed us the time and space to simply be together with Denis. Their understanding of how difficult these final moments can be meant more to us than words can express.

There are no words that can adequately thank the people who cared for Denis. What they gave him was not only excellent palliative care, but dignity, comfort, and love at the end of his life. To every member of the Percy’s Place team: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will always remember the kindness you showed Denis and our family, and we will forever be grateful that you were there for us during such a profound and difficult time.
